As a key member of the Finance team, you will be responsible for customer billing and receiptingprocesses, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. This role playsan important part in supporting revenue management and delivering excellent serviceto internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage billing andreceipting transactions accurately and in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customerservice to clients and internal stakeholders; including responding toqueries by phone and email
- Manage fortnightly/monthlysettlements and direct debit adjustments
- Generate client invoices and account statements
- Process Refundable Accommodation Deposits and Ingoing Contributions in compliance withlegislation
- Manage funding accruals andreconciliations
- Perform revenue-relatedreconciliations and provide reporting to management
- Maintain up-to-dateknowledge of the Aged Care Act and relevant legislation
About You
- Diploma/Bachelor in Accounting in Business, Finance, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years' experiencein the aged care industry
- Good understanding (orwillingness to develop knowledge) of aged care revenue and legislation
- High attention to detailwith robust organisational skills
- Customer-focused,collaborative, and solutions-oriented approach
- Ability to work underpressure and manage multiple priorities
- Experience working in ahighly regulated environment
- Experience withaccounting/AR systems, particularly Alayacare is desirable but notessential.
- National Criminal History Check (or willingness to obtain)
