REFOCUS is seeking a Kinship Finding Practitioner to join our Kinship Services team. You will identify, locate, and engage relatives and significant people who may care for a child or young person, supporting lifelong family connections.
You will work with Kinship Assessment Practitioners and Foster Care Recruitment Practitioners to explore placement prospects, while upholding cultural safety and the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Child Placement Principle.
