If you have a warm approachable personality, excellent communication skills and take pride in your professional presentation this is an exciting opportunity to kick-start your career in real estate. As part of your role you will be required to obtain your Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice and full support will be provided to help you achieve this qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answering and directing phone calls and emails
- Welcoming and assisting clients and visitors
- Providing administrative support to the Sales Secretary, Sales Agents and Property Managers
- Managing general enquiries and maintaining the reception and office areas
- Assisting with basic office cleanliness and presentation
