Entry Level Trades Recruitment Consultant | Recruitment Advisor

Seeking an Entry Level Trades Recruitment Consultant to support successful candidate placements focusing on permanent Trades recruitment. This is a full-time permanent office based role within a dynamic small recruitment team based in Hawthorn East

- Requirements: Basic knowledge of the trades labour market and excellent communication skills.
- Salary Range: Competitive base salary with performance-based commission.

Key Responsibilities

KPIs: Successful placements that generate revenue, Long-term client partnerships, and a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. You'll develop these by:

- Manage recruitment assignments from client engagement to candidate placement, including conducting interviews and managing offers.
- Build and nurture employer relationships through regular communication and meetings to support ongoing business.
- Develop networks of skilled Trades and Technical candidates, providing guidance as needed and maintaining accurate candidate records.
- Keep up to date with trends in the trades sector, including salary standards and licensing requirements, and share insights with the team.
- Maintain accurate data in recruitment systems, adopt new technology solutions, and support process improvements.
