Looking for a practical role where quality matters?
Chimera Development is a specialist Australian manufacturer designing and producing premium motorsport products. We manufacture CAD-engineered, CNC-cut roll cage kits, fabricate complete roll cages, and develop a growing range of performance components for race and enthusiast vehicles.
We're a small, growing business that takes pride in doing things properly. From preparing materials and assembling kits to assisting with the fabrication and installation of roll cages, every job contributes to building products we're proud to put our name on.
We value quality over quantity, practical problem solving, and people who can be trusted to get on with the job.
We're looking for an experienced Manufacturing Technician to help keep our workshop running smoothly.
This role would suit someone with a background in manufacturing, fabrication, mechanical assembly or a workshop environment who enjoys hands-on work and is looking for flexible, consistent hours.
Maybe you've stepped away from full-time work, are winding back your hours, or simply want a role where you can get stuck in, produce quality work and head home at the end of the day. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role

You’ll work closely with the owner to support the day-to-day manufacturing operations of the workshop. Rather than standing on a production line doing the same task all day, you’ll be involved in a variety of jobs that keep the business moving.
