Campbell Petroleum is a family-owned business operating fuel retail and convenience outlets in the Illawarra, Shoalhaven, Eurobodalla, and Monaro regions. We're looking for fun, energetic, and down-to-earth Retail Staff who are passionate about providing great service for our customers to keep them coming back for more.

We have a part time opportunity (18 hours per week) available in our Shoalhaven Heads outlet, working 1:30pm to 7:30pm Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

You will be busy and on your feet for the whole shift - there's always something to do: the role includes serving, stocking shelves and rotating stock, dipping tanks to check levels, and cleaning (inside and out).

We're not on the highway so a driver licence and your own vehicle is essential.

- Performing safety and security checks to ensure overall safety of our teams and our customers
- Using your relevant experience to support the Site Supervisor.

You’ll need….

- Previous experience working in customer-facing, retail roles
- The ability to work well with others
- Safety awareness
- Reliability - it's a small team
- Attention to detail - taking pride in doing things right and having the store looking great
- Willingness to take responsibility for opening and closing on some shifts, once trained
- The right attitude to deliver the best customer experience
- Driver Licence and own vehicle.
