We are seeking a Qualified Butcher to join our team based in Kurri Kurri. This is a varied, hands-on role working across both front of shop customer service and butchery tasks.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people while also being part of a production focused environment.

Monday - Friday and every 2nd Saturday

38 hours per week (minimum)

About You

- Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Be reliable and able to work in a team environment
- Have valuable communication and customer service skills
- Be comfortable working in a physical, fast paced environment

Experience

- Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or food handling experience
- Butchery or meat industry experience.

Your Responsibilities

- Skillfully and efficiently cutting a variety of meats for the counter and direct customer requests
- Working individually and as a team




- Providing friendly and professional customer service
- Following workplace health, safety, and hygiene procedures

Requirements

- Ability to follow safety procedures and work in a physically active role
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment checks if required
- Current Australian Drivers Licence & a reliable way to work
- Supporting qualifications in butchery operations or meat processing
