We're currently seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to join our team as a Night Supervisor. This position offers a range of 15 to 25 hours per week, providing an excellent prospect for those seeking casual employment.

As a Night Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our club during evening hours. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the night shift operations, leading and supervising staff on shift, maintaining security protocols and providing exceptional customer service to our valued patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise night shift operations, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff and customers
- Lead, support and supervise staff on shift, allocating duties, monitoring performance and providing direction to ensure operational standards are maintained.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally
- Monitor inventory levels,



ensuring adequate supplies are available
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and seamless transitions between shifts

Requirements:

- Must hold a current and valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA), Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) and Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gambling Certification (ARCG)
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the clubs, hospitality or licensed venue industry is preferred
- Previous experience with cash handling responsibilities, including cash reconciliation and float management, is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
