Gold Coast Smart Solar is growing, and we're looking for confident, motivated and outgoing people to join our call centre team.

Your role will be simple: speak with potential solar customers, have genuine conversations about their energy needs, and book qualified appointments for our solar sales team.

No solar experience? No problem. Full training and support will be provided.

What you'll be doing

- Calling warm leads and potential customers
- Speaking with homeowners about their solar needs
- Asking the right questions and identifying genuine opportunities
- Booking appointments for our solar consultants
- Following up with customers when required
- Updating customer information in our systems
- Working towards individual and team targets
- Creating a great customer experience from the first call

What we're looking for

Entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply. Previous call centre, customer service, telemarketing or sales experience is a bonus, but not essential.
