N & W Livestock is one of Australia's fastest-growing online suppliers of livestock, equine and farm supplies. We're looking for a motivated Junior Administration & Customer Service Assistant to join our team full time.

This is an excellent prospect for someone starting their career who is looking to learn, develop practical business skills and build a long-term career in administration, customer service and eCommerce. Experience isn't essential. We're looking for the right attitude and a willingness to learn.

About the Role

Working alongside our experienced team, you'll receive hands‑on training across a variety of business functions, including:

- Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Processing customer orders
- Assisting with general administration tasks
- Updating product and customer information
- Helping coordinate deliveries and supplier enquiries
- Supporting our warehouse and customer service teams when required




- Learning how an eCommerce business operates behind the scenes

About You

We're looking for someone who:

- Is reliable, punctual and eager to learn
- Has excellent communication skills

Previous administration or customer service experience is not required. Full training will be provided.
