A-Grade electrician - Rental safety checks F/T or P/T
RIC Safety audits is a locally Geelong owned business that completes Safety Audits for rental properties around Victoria, orgiginating around Geelong, we have work in across most region areas of Victoria.
We have just onboarded a couple of larger agencies in Bendigo and surrounding areas as well as agencies in Sheperaton in conjunction with our existing clients in the area.
RIC safety Audits is looking for a current employee to service these new agencies.
With plenty of work in the general vicinity as well.
Once relationships are grown we see this being a reasonably local possition.
With multiple trust based partnerships with rental agencies across the region our service and our higher than average level of quality has allowed us to grow with several positions available for the right candidates.
We are a tight team and believe in working together to get the best results, candidates must be team players.
We test and commission rental properties and keep them protected.
The work is rewarding knowing that you are keeping homes protected for those who live in them.
Including smoke detector checks and minimum standards reporting.




If your a self-motivated A-grade electrician with a can-do attitude, that has pride in their work and make sure that the level of attention to detail is higher than most then we would love to hear from you.
Main duties and requirements
Electrical inspecting, testing and commissioning of rental properties
Inspecting, testing and commissioning of smoke detectors
Reporting of jobs via online software
Using electrical test equipment and reporting
Drivers Licence
A-Grade (Electrical mechanic Licence) VIC
Experience in testing installation
Willingness to travel to jobs sites as required
