Warehouse Team Member (Picker/Packer) | Full-Time – Laverton Distribution Team

Reporting to the Operations Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:

- Picking and packing customer orders
- RF scanning and inventory processing
- Pallet wrapping and dispatch preparation
- Loading and unloading stock
- General warehouse housekeeping
- Following safety and quality procedures
- Working collaboratively to meet daily productivity targets

What we’re looking for:

- Previous warehouse, pick packing or distribution centre experience preferred
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and positive attitude
- Commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks
- Flexibility to work across rostered shifts

Preferred availability: candidates available to work Thursday to Monday rosters including weekend shifts (flexibility across shift patterns will be highly regarded).
