About Your New Role

As a member of our Disability Services team, you will play a key role in ensuring quality care and promoting independence within the supports provided. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement innovative strategies that empower customers to overcome daily challenges and reach their full potential.

In this position, you will support individuals with a disability in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) home, as well as deliver Community Access Support (CAS), assistingthem to live independently and achieve their personal goals.

About You





- An empathetic person who has agenuine passion forsupporting individualswith a disability
- Experience with health support, mealtimeassistance, medicationadministrationand manualhandling (desired but not necessary)
- Abilityto prioritise workload and respond to emergent situations
- Ability to complete basic administrative tasks
- Penalty rates and annual increases to reflect years of service

Requirements

- Availabilityto work across a variety of shiftsincludingsleepovers
- A current Driver's Licence (P2minimum)
- Paid Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
