We are currently seeking reliable and physically fitGeneral Labourers to join our team in Swanbank. This is an easy-to-learn role whereyou'll work outdoors helping to keep the site clean and safe. You'll be part ofa supportive team, working Monday to Friday with early 6:00am starts. If youenjoy staying active, working outdoors, and being part of a great crew, thiscould be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collectingand removing litter from green waste areas
- Maintaininga clean, safe, and hazard-free worksite




- Assistingwith general housekeeping and site clean-up duties
- Communicatingwith Excavator Operators to safely remove rubbish from waste piles
- Usingtwo-way radios to maintain explicit communication with operators and teammembers
- Followingall site safety procedures and operational protocols

What We're Looking For:

- Physicallyfit and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strongcommunication skills and confidence using a two-way radio
- Reliable,punctual, and motivated with a strong work ethic
- Abilityto work independently and as part of a team
- Commitmentto workplace safety
- OwnPPE including steel-capped boots, long pants, and hi-vis shirt

Additional Information:

- Siteinduction and training provided on your first day
- Applicantsmust have reliable transport to and from Swanbank
