Support Worker (Casual)

We're looking for a friendly, energetic and reliable Support Worker to join our growing team on a casual basis.

This role would suit someone currently studying a healthcare-related degree such as:

- Nursing
- Paramedicine
- Occupational Therapy
- Physiotherapy
- Psychology
- Medicine
- Exercise Physiology
- Social Work
- Other allied health courses

We understand that university comes first, so we're happy to work around your class timetable and placement commitments.

About the role

You'll be supporting a young client in home, community and hospital setting. Shifts are primarily based in Arana Hills , with some shifts taking place at Queensland Children's Hospital, South Brisbane .

No two days are the same, so we're looking for someone who is adaptable, positive and enjoys building genuine connections.

- Reliable and punctual
- Great communication skills
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)

Previous support work experience is highly regarded, but not essential . If you have the right attitude, we're happy to provide training and support.
