A unique opportunity exists for a drivenCasual Retail Assistant at our Ballina store.
Your positive and persistent approach to customer service and community engagement will see your success in this location. We are looking for a motivated, self-starter with the will to succeed, who is not afraid to pro-actively build relationships and drive sales.
Your "New" Day to Day:
- Opening and closing the showroom and balancing transactions
- Actively seeking recent clients, contracts and marketing opportunities
- Attending to incoming customers, assisting them with their questions and being able to convey the range of services that are available from ILS
- Answer customer calls and emails to resolve issues in a timely andeffective manner
- Providing information to customers about our products from physiotherapy items to mobility scooters, recliner lift chairs through to our range of home care beds, home oxygen therapy and more...
- Processing orders and hire contracts
- Facilitate the quoting and invoicing, rental and sale of products.
- Identify and facilitate referrals to other internal departments
- Driving process efficiency and striving for continual improvement
- Being the face of ILS in the local community and driving relationships with customers and other local businesses
