Hunters Hill Medical Practice is a fully accredited clinic which has been providing personalised healthcare to the community for the past 160 years. We offer comprehensive general practice, specialist care and allied health services to meet our patient's needs. We are the current winners of the National AGPAL Excellence Award!
To support our growing team, we are now seeking a part-time receptionist to:
- Greet patients, answer telephone calls and book patient appointments.
- Provide quality customer service to patients, doctors, nurses and allied health professionals
- Undertake housekeeping of the reception area and clinic rooms
- Support the reception team with day to day operations
- Maintain confidentiality while managing patient records
- Work as part of a team
This is a part-time role working: Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to relate well to patients, staff, practitioners and health care professionals
- Positive organisation and time management skills
- A positive attitude and a friendly demeanour
- Commitment to ethical behaviour and conduct
- Well-presented and punctual
- Enjoy working in a busy and engaging work environment whilst being proactive
