Capital SMART is hiring a Customer Service Officer for the Seven Hills site.
You will be the first point of contact, providing up-to-date information about repairs and ensuring customers feel confident their car is in capable hands.
The role is permanent, Monday to Friday, 7.30am–4.00pm.
Your duties include greeting customers on arrival, sharing repair updates, maintaining a welcoming workplace, and guiding the vehicle return while addressing concerns.
