About the Role

As an Assistant in Nursing, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to aged care residents. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting residents with personal care and daily living activities
- Supporting residents to maintain their independence and dignity
- Building positive relationships with residents, families, and care teams
- Providing compassionate, person-centred care
- Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A minimum of 6 months' paid experience as a Personal Care Assistant or Assistant in Nursing within Australia
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A compassionate and reliable approach to resident care
- The flexibility to travel between our client facilities

Essential Requirements

- Australian working rights
- Current COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Current National Police Check (issued within the last 12 months)
