Due to continue growth Burke & Wills Joinery is currently seeking THREE motivated, reliable and hardworking Apprentice Cabinet Makers to join our growing commercial joinery team.

We manufacture and deliver high-quality commercial joinery projects across Australia and are looking for apprentices who are eager to learn, take pride in their work and want to build a long-term career in the industry.

We welcome applications from people looking to commence their first year as well existing second, third- and fourth-year apprentices wanting to continue tehri training and professional and supportive environment

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience while working towards your nationally recognised qualification and learning from experienced tradespeople in a supportive workshop environment.

You Will Learn and Do

- Assisting with the manufacture and assembly of cabinetry and joinery components
- Manufacturing and assembling cabinetry and commercial joinery
- Reading and interpreting plans and workshop drawings
- Using hand and power tools safely and correctly
- Learning machinery processes under supervision
- Assisting with preparation and installation of joinery




- Loading and unloading materials and completed joinery
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe workshop environment
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Supporting the team across factory and site activities when required

- Driver’s licence and reliable transport preferred
- White Card preferred or willingness to obtain
- Australian citizen or permanent resident preferred
