Key Duties

Service Advisor

- Be the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly and professional service in-store and over the phone.

- Book vehicles for tyres, servicing, wheel alignments and mechanical repairs.





- Provide accurate quotes and recommend suitable products and services based on customer needs.

- Liaise with technicians to communicate repair recommendations and keep jobs running efficiently.

- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process and ensure an outstanding customer experience.

- Coordinate workshop bookings and assist with daily workflow planning.

- Prepare invoices, process payments and maintain accurate customer records.

- Build strong relationships with customers through honest advice and exceptional service.

- Assist in maintaining a clean, organised and safe workplace.

About You

- Previous experience as a Tyre & Service Advisor or within the automotive industry is highly regarded.
