Student Success & Marketing Coordinator (Casual | Hybrid | Flexible Hours)

We're looking for a proactive, organised and creative person to join our growing team in a flexible, casual role supporting both Future Aesthetica (Academy) and My Rejuvenate (Cosmetic & Laser Services) .

This is far more than an administration position. You'll play a key role in helping students begin their cosmetic tattoo careers by coordinating training events, nurturing enquiries, supporting marketing campaigns and creating an exceptional student experience from their very first interaction.

You’ll enjoy a diverse mix of marketing, event coordination, student communication, administration and business support, with the flexibility to work both from home and from our Annandale studio.

In this role you'll:

- Coordinate and promote Academy training events
- Respond to student enquiries via phone,



email and social media
- Follow up leads and assist with student enrolments
- Create and schedule EDMs, marketing campaigns and automations
- Coordinate social media content and assist with marketing initiatives
- Liaise with students before, during and after their training
- Prepare resources and assist with Academy operations
- Complete general administration, invoicing and basic Xero tasks
- Provide support across both Future Aesthetica and My Rejuvenate as required
