We work with some of the region's most respected builders and developers, delivering high-quality outcomes across residential and commercial construction projects.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking 2x motivated Trades Assistant's to join our installation team.

About the Role

Based across Brisbane and the Gold Coast, you will assist our Site Installers with the installation of architectural metalwork products including glass and aluminium balustrades, glass and aluminium fencing and gates, aluminium screens, stainless steel and aluminium handrails and various other products.

This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work and is looking to build a long‑term career in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist Site Installers with the installation of balustrades, handrails, screens and fencing on construction sites.
- Load, unload and safely handle aluminium, stainless steel and glass products.
- Operate hand and power tools including drills, grinders, rivet guns and core drills.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment.




- Assist with site preparation, material handling and project completion activities.
- Follow company safety procedures and site requirements at all times.
- Support the installation team to deliver projects safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Skills & Experience

- Construction White Card (essential).
- Previous experience in construction, labouring or as a Trades Assistant preferred.
- Experience using hand and power tools.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting and handling materials.
- Robust work ethic with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team.
- Reliable transport to travel to sites throughout Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
- Manual driver's licence preferred.
- Working at Heights certification advantageous.
