Working closely with Tania, you will assist with all aspects of the sales process and help deliver an exceptional experience for sellers and buyers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing buyer enquiries, follow‑up and the database
- Attending open homes, inspections and property appointments
- Supporting buyers and sellers throughout the sales process
- Preparing contracts, listing documents and correspondence
- Coordinating property marketing campaigns
- Prospecting for recent business opportunities
- Attending building and pest inspections
- Placing and collecting open home signs
About you
We are looking for someone motivated, personable and genuinely interested in building a career in property sales.
You will ideally have:
- A current Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- The ability to work independently and within a team
- A current driver licence and reliable vehicle
- Knowledge of the Coolum Beach area
