Qualified Skin, Beauty & or Massage Therapist

Macquarie Medi Spa is seeking a Qualified & Experienced Skin, Beauty & or Massage Therapist to join our team in Bathurst, NSW. This is a part-time position that offers flexibility for the right applicant for a full time position ( if you have a clientele this will ensure full time) whilst delivering exceptional therapeutic and aesthetic services to our valued clients. You will play a vital role in providing high-quality treatments that enhance our clients' wellbeing and confidence, contributing to the reputation and success of our medi spa.

What you'll be doing

- Deliver professional skin treatments, including facials, peels, skin needling and other advanced skincare therapies or
- Provide beauty treatments such as waxing, tinting, makeup and other aesthetic services or
- Perform therapeutic and relaxation massage treatments tailored to individual client needs
- Assess client skin types and conditions to recommend appropriate treatments and skincare products
- Maintain detailed client records and track treatment outcomes and preferences
- Ensure all treatment areas are clean, hygienic, and well-stocked with necessary supplies and products
- Build strong client relationships through excellent customer service and personalised care
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and best practices in skin, beauty, and massage therapy
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards relevant to the medi spa environment
- Contribute to a welcoming and skilled atmosphere within the spa

What we're looking for

- Current, valid qualification in skin therapy, beauty therapy & or massage therapy
- Proven experience working in a professional spa, medi spa or clinical aesthetic environment
- Strong knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and contraindications




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to make clients feel comfortable and valued
- Professional presentation and a genuine passion for client wellbeing and satisfaction
- Ability to work flexibly as part of a part-time arrangement / or full time for the right applicant
- Current First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations within the beauty and wellness industry
- Preferred: experience with advanced skincare technologies or additional qualifications in complementary therapies
- Preferred: experience in a multi-disciplinary medi spa or aesthetic clinic setting
