About You

- Located in or near Geebung
- Prior experience within the Distribution & Logistics Industry is highly desirable
- Experience using Microsoft Office is essential
- Experience using SAP is highly regarded
- Ability to work full time from the Geebung site (Mon–Fri, 6am–3pm)

- Valid Police Check
- Valid forklift licence (essential)
- HR licence (advantage)
- Successful completion of pre-employment medical

About the Role

As a Customer Service Operator – Forklift Driver , you will contribute to daily trade store operations, customer interactions, and warehouse tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Hand unloading plasterboard as an offsider
- Serving customers in person and over the phone
- Picking and packing daily orders
- Checking and preparing regular orders
- Receiving goods and checking paperwork with accuracy
- Loading and unloading customer vehicles
- Maintaining equipment and reporting faults
- Recording and reporting customer complaints through internal procedures
- Assisting with stocktake and inventory counts
- General warehouse duties and housekeeping
