Role overview
A Food & Beverage Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience.
Key responsibilities
Provide excellent service by taking orders accurately, answering inquiries and ensuring guest satisfaction




Prepare and serve food and beverages according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines
Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of dining areas, including tables, chairs and service stations
Process payments accurately, handle cash and operate POS systems efficiently
Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, including proper handling and storage of food items
Work collaboratively with kitchen, bar and other hotel team members to ensure smooth operations
