About the role:

Food preparation and production to deliver innovative and inspired dishes aimed to exceed customer and guest expectations





Ensure food standards, preparation, presentation and cooking techniques are established and monitored to meet set guidelines

Ensure the highest standard of hygiene is practiced and maintained to meet Health & Safety regulations and HACCP food preparation guidelines

About You:

The ability to work most effectively in a team workplace

A fantastic attitude in providing quality work and service

Quality and portion control

Understanding Food Safety industry requirements.

Ability to work rotating roster including weekend and Public Holidays (for Full Time applicants)
