As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Workshop Team Leader to support our Workshop Foreman and help drive day-to-day workshop performance.
About the Role
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will support the Workshop Foreman in coordinating daily workshop operations.
You’ll play a key role in keeping the workshop running smoothly, ensuring jobs are completed safely, on time and to a high standard, while supporting and mentoring tradespeople and apprentices.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day guidance, supervision and support to tradespeople and apprentices
- Assist with training, onboarding and ongoing development of team members
- Act as a key link between the workshop team and the Workshop Foreman
- Promote and enforce protected work practices and PPE compliance
- Identify hazards and proactively manage safety risks on the floor
