This hands-on leadership role will drive day-to-day desk activity, shape strategy, manage risk and improve profitability across live and pre-match markets.
You'll oversee Trading Analysts and Execution Traders, optimise liability and margin, and collaborate with Product, Data and Compliance to lift performance.
