Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations
- Prepare and present high-quality pub meals
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure food safety compliance
- Contribute to menu development and specials
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and stock control

About You:

- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie
- Excellent leadership and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and a passion for quality food
- Relevant culinary qualifications preferred

$79,500 - $82,500 per annum (plus superannuation)
