About the role

We are seeking a self-motivated and experienced electrician to join our growing team, carrying out electrical safety inspections, maintenance, and testing of 240V and 9V smoke alarms (including replacements). This will also include RCD testing and replacement, along with a range of residential compliance services.

This hands-on, customer-facing role offers plenty of variety, with responsibilities including electrical repairs, installations, system upgrades,



and property compliance checks such as heating and cooling assessments and corded blind safety inspections.

As our services continue to expand, there may be opportunities to work across other streams of the business, including the installation, servicing, and maintenance of split system and ducted air-conditioning units. Based primarily in Albury with travel to surrounding areas, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys driving, working independently, and making a real difference in keeping homes secure and compliant.

As the business continues to grow, there will also be opportunities to increase your workload and broaden your responsibilities, making this an excellent role for someone looking for long-term growth and variety.

Please note : Safety comes first at Detector Inspector, as a pre-requisite candidates will be required to complete a National Police Clearance and a Pre-employment Physical Assessment.
