Job Description

- Plan and manage inventory levels to meet operational demands.
- Coordinate and monitor procurement activities to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to maintain supply continuity.
- Track and analyse inventory performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and procurement activities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.
- Assist in forecasting demand to align supply with business requirements.

The Successful Applicant

- 3+ years' experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory or procurement roles.
- Strong inventory planning and stock management experience.




- Experience coordinating domestic and international freight movements.
- Exposure to supplier management and procurement processes.
- ERP system experience, ideally SAP Business One.
- Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work across Operations, Warehouse and Supply Chain functions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Experience working with 3PL providers and freight partners.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing business workplace.
