You'll work closely with developers, business SMEs, and project stakeholders to validate custom-built ServiceNow solutions, understand application architecture, and deliver high-quality testing across the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities




Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow applications.
Perform functional, integration, system, and regression testing across custom ServiceNow solutions.
Validate App Engine applications against business and technical requirements.
Identify, document, and manage defects through to resolution.
Collaborate with developers and Business SMEs to clarify, validate, and refine requirements.
Assess the impact of system changes across related processes and components.
Essential Skills & Experience
Proven experience testingServiceNowapplications.
Solid understanding ofServiceNow App Enginedevelopment.
Experience working withUI Builder andGlide API.
Robust JavaScript skills within the ServiceNow platform.
Experience testing custom applications and custom widgets.
Ability to work closely with Business SMEs and technical teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Experience creating comprehensive test plans, test cases, and defect reports.
