Zoom Recruitment is seeking an experienced Recycling Plant Labourer for an immediate start with a leading steel manufacturing business.

This is a casual position offering full-time hours for a reliable and hardworking candidate. This hands-on outdoor role is suited to someone with a strong labouring background who is physically fit, active, and comfortable working in a dirty industrial workplace.

If you don’t mind getting your hands dirty, enjoy practical work, and are looking for a high-paying opportunity with regular overtime, this role is for you.

About the Role:

- Cleaning and maintaining the recycling yard
- General labouring duties in an outdoor environment
- Working around machinery and supporting site operations
- Keeping work areas safe, tidy and compliant




- Willing and available to work overtime and weekends when required

About You:

- Previous labouring experience preferred
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
- Not afraid to get dirty and work outdoors in all conditions
- Reliable, hardworking and safety focused
- Available for immediate start

Mandatory Requirements:

- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident with no working restrictions
- Current LF Forklift Licence (required)
- Current EWP Licence for equipment above 11 metres (required)
- Must pass a full fitness assessment, medical and drug & alcohol test
- Applicants without both LF and EWP licences will not be considered

Shift & Pay:

- Monday to Friday, 2:00pm-10:30pm
- $60 per hour
- Must be flexible to work overtime and weekends when required
