Job Description

Applications are invited for the full time position of Welder with Sydney Maintenance Services Pty Ltd, located in Glendenning, NSW 2761. Sydney Maintenance Services is currently looking for a motivated, hardworking and experienced welder to join their team. Responsible for fitting and welding of steel, aluminium and stainless-steel parts using a MIG, TIG and/or ARC welding process.

The successful applicant must hold a Trade qualification Certificate III or IV and have at least one year of relevant experience, or possess a minimum of two (2) years of relevant trade experience. The position offers an annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $85,000 a year, plus superannuation.

- Hot work MIG & ARC welding
- Study drawings and specifications to determine job requirements
- Perform repair and maintenance
- Select, clean and prepare material in preparation to fabricate
- Prepare material for welding, cutting or fabrication
- Maintain records of work orders and materials used
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment
- White Card/ General Induction
- Manual Drivers & Forklift Licence
- Confined Space Ticket
- Height Safety Ticket
