What you control

- Your caseload. Paeds, adult, community, telehealth, mixed. You decide the mix and it can change as your interests do.
- Your referrals. Every referral is offered, not assigned. You take the ones that fit your skills, your patch and your week.
- Your hours. No minimum hours, no billable targets, no KPIs.
- Your patch. Work anywhere in Victoria, metro or regional, from your own home base. No clinic, no office, no commute to either.

What you earn

Up to 75.6% of billings, inclusive of super, on a tiered structure. No opaque "competitive remuneration" line.



Km reimbursement is passed through to you in full.
