Applicants must possess the following:
Registration as a Nurse with current AHPRA registration
Previous experience working in a school environment or nursing children and young people in a similar context.
More than 5 years' experience in the field.
Practice within a qualified and ethical nursing framework, in accordance with relevant legislation and College policy.
Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to support, mentor,



and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Solid organisational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
Ability to manage sensitive information with a high level of discretion and care.
An ability to establish warm, effective, and respectful relationships with students, staff, and parents.
A adaptable, proactive, and collaborative approach to work.
A Working with Children Check or have a willingness to obtain it promptly (Please note that you are not able to commence employment until a clearance has been obtained)
