Barwon Health is seeking a Senior Clinician (Nurse Only) for the Outreach Service within Mental Health, Drug and Alcohol Services.
This temporary part time position provides acute community-based assessments and brief interventions to individuals in the Barwon region, supporting day-to-day operations of a multidisciplinary team.
You will join a high tempo acute mental health setting, bringing advanced assessment skills and team-oriented care with families and multidisciplinary teams.
