The role focuses on corporate and commercial matters affecting the superannuation and investments business, with emphasis on contract drafting, regulatory compliance and strategic governance.
You will provide timely, plain-English legal advice to management and boards, contribute to governance functions, and manage risk and regulatory compliance projects.
