Vital Healthcare operates three general practices located in Palm Beach, Banora Point and Tweed Heads South.
Providing all general medical services, we are now looking for someone to join our wonderful reception team at Tweed City Family Practice.About the roleAs the first point of contact, you will contribute to the daily reception operations at Tweed City Family Practice.
Your responsibilities will include:Booking and rescheduling patient appointmentsGreeting patients and answering telephone enquiriesBilling, scanning and filingEnd of day batching using Best PracticeGeneral Administrative dutiesAbout youStrong IT and problem-solving skillsStrong organisational skillsEnjoy working with a friendly family focused teamExperience with Best Practice an advantageProfessional phone mannerCurrent Drivers LicenseWork Location: In person
