We specialise in agricultural machinery sales, servicing, maintenance and technical support for vineyards, orchards and farming operations. Due to continued business growth, we are seeking suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the positions of full time Facility Supervisor.
About the role
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day operations of company facilities and service areas
- Monitor workplace safety, cleanliness and operational standards
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs of buildings, facilities and equipment
- Ensure company facilities comply with relevant regulatory and safety requirements
- Maintain facility records and operational documentation
- Monitor stock levels of facility-related supplies and equipment
- Coordinate contractors and service providers as required
- Assist in developing and implementing operational procedures
- Support staff training and adherence to company policies
- Identify and implement improvements to operational efficiency
Benefits and perks
An attractive remuneration package ($75,000 - $100,000) is offered for the right candidate depends on experiences.
