HealthcareLink Trust is seeking a Senior Renal Social Worker to join the MLHD Renal Service in a permanent part time role. You will deliver psychosocial assessments, advocacy and education to patients with late-stage chronic kidney disease in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
The ideal candidate will hold a social work qualification with AASW eligibility, show advanced clinical skills, and demonstrate effective leadership within a multidisciplinary team, plus the ability to supervise local
