Our client is a well-established name in the property and accommodation sector working with large, national clients. They are seeking a talented Marketing Manager to drive strategic and digital marketing initiatives, enhance brand presence and support leasing outcomes.

Reporting to the General Manager of Marketing, this role will be responsible for developing and implementing high-impact marketing strategies to drive leasing outcomes and occupancy growth.

Duties:

- Develop and implement strategic and tactical marketing plans to enhance leasing outcomes
- Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, paid advertising, and social media
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine marketing strategies
- Prepare and manage annual and quarterly marketing budgets, ensuring ROI on campaigns
- Work closely with property managers, leasing teams,



and external agencies to deliver marketing initiatives

The skills and experience required for this role:

- Experience in, or an understanding of, the hotel or property sector will be an advantage.
- Ability to manage complex relationships and key stakeholders across multiple locations and projects
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns
- Team-oriented, highly communicative by nature and driven to continuously learn and build new skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
- 2 days WFH
- Work with large, national clients
