Legal Sages is looking for an experienced Solicitor / Conveyancer to run their own portfolio of residential, commercial and off-the-plan matters, with real autonomy and genuine support behind them. If you're passionate about conveyancing, delivering exceptional client experiences and thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused workplace, this could be the role for you.

What You'll Do

Manage your own portfolio of residential, commercial and off-the-plan conveyancing files end to end

Prepare and review contracts, and explain the process clearly to clients along the way

Be the go-to expert on Victorian property legislation, compliance and process

Coordinate with clients, agents, brokers, lenders and solicitors to keep things moving

Run settlements through PEXA and our digital platforms





Flag risks early and help us keep improving how we work

Manage a caseload that's busy but realistic, with paralegal and admin support so you're not doing it alone

What You'll Bring

Licensed Conveyancer or Practicing Certificate, required

Minimum 1–2 years' conveyancing experience running your own files

Solid grasp of VIC property law, contracts and the end-to-end conveyancing process

Confidence with PEXA (experience with Leap is a bonus, not a must)

Strong communication skills — you can explain the complex stuff simply, even when things get busy

Someone who's organized, reliable and takes pride in getting the details right
