Join a well-established private practice as a Senior OR Lead Physiotherapist . This role offers strong clinical practice within a thriving practice allowing you to combine hands-on patient care with mentoring clinicians, driving business growth, and shaping clinical excellence across the clinics.
- Lead a mixed MSK, sports, NDIS, DVA and EPC caseload. Strong existing Women’s health referral stream.
- Mentor physiotherapists, deliver CPD sessions and conduct performance reviews
- Build referral networks and contribute to clinic growth and business development
- Work across both clinic locations (1 day/week in Yeppoon, remainder in Rockhampton)

Skills & experience
- AHPRA registered Physiotherapist
- Minimum 4+ years’ physiotherapy experience , ideally in private practice
- Strong MSK and manual therapy skills
- Women’s Health experience desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
