The Role

We've got some exciting projects kicking off this year and we're looking for an experienced Electrical Leading Hand to join our team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for running projects on site, supervising tradesman and apprentices, and being the main point of contact with builders and clients. You'll work closely with our leadership team to help plan work, assist with scheduling, and ensure that projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

This role suites someone who enjoys leading teams, staying organised and calm under pressure, and takes pride in running tidy, well managed jobs.

YourQualities

- Strong people management and leadership skills
- Strong commercial construction, fit-out or multi-residential experience
- Previous experience running electrical projects
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Organised, methodical, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Confident at liasing with builders, site managers and clients
- Ability to work under pressure and keep projects moving
- Robust commitment to safety and quality
- Reliable, punctual, and professional on site
- White Card (NSW construction induction)
- Electrical Licence
- Drivers Licence and own work vehicle
- Experience running electrical projects
- Australian working rights
- Full electrical tool kit
- Smart-Phone
