Peter Berry Consultancy (PBC) has an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and commercially minded finance professional to join our Finance Team. In this role, you will drive the ongoing improvement and development of our CRM, financial systems and other business systems. You will provide accurate, timely and insightful information with a focus on continuous business improvement. You will also be responsible for the day-to-day transactional accounting activities of the business, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general accounting tasks and business analytics.

PBC is a privately owned Australian consulting business with a team of more than 40 professionals located across Australia, New Zealand, Ireland and the United States. We are the Australian distributor for Hogan Assessments (USA), one of the world's leading personality assessment providers, and have offices in North Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland and Ireland. PBC exports diagnostic assessments globally, including to clients in North America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. We use a range of assessment and diagnostic solutions, including the Hogan 360 Suite, High Performing Team Assessment (HPTA) and Safety Surveys, to deliver solutions to some of the world's largest organisations, including Fortune 100 and ASX-listed clients. Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of interesting projects. Your responsibilities will include:





- Day-to-day transactional accounting for the business, including accounts receivable, accounts payable and general accounting tasks.
- Responding to client enquiries and liaising with PBC clients and distributors.
- Supporting month-end close activities and the preparation of management reporting to ensure timely and accurate financial results.
- Maintaining and improving reporting templates, data quality and financial analysis processes.
- Generating ad hoc analysis and reports as required by internal and external stakeholders.
- Developing business analytics and providing commercial analysis of our products and services.
- Developing and maintaining functions and processes within our CRM and financial systems to improve controls, invoicing efficiency, user experience and data integrity.

Experience

This role will suit someone with at least 3 years' experience in a finance role. A bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce (Accounting) or a related discipline is required.

We also place importance on the following skills and experience:

- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills, with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel,



including experience with Power Query and Power BI.
- Experience using automation and AI to drive continuous process improvement.
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong systems skills and the ability to quickly learn new applications, adapt to changing technologies and drive process improvements.
