The Role

Reporting to the General Manager of People and joining the newly formed Talent Acquisition Team, you will manage end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles while providing strategic talent acquisition support to leaders across the business. In addition, you will be responsible for the following.

- Manage recruitment lifecycle from workforce planning through to onboarding.
- Source, attract, and engage candidates for mining, construction, maintenance, and operational roles.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
- Partner with external recruitment agencies and third-party suppliers.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs early.
- Develop hiring strategies to support operational timelines.
- Provide regular recruitment updates and market insights.




- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.

About You

We're looking for someone with a proactive mindset, thrives on delivering a high standard or work and is passionate about finding great talent for now and the future of our business. In addition, you will also possess the following.

- Prior white collar recruitment experience within the mining or construction industry.
- Ability to develop and execute various strategic sourcing methods.
- Ability to build and maintain talent pipelines.
- Excellent communication, business partnering and organisational skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to partner with leaders at all levels.
