About the Role:

As the first Clinical Manager to join our site, you will work closely with the Residential Manager to ensure the delivery of high‑quality, resident‑centered care is the focus.

About You:

- Experience as a Clinical Manager (or similar role) in aged care
- Strong clinical knowledge and assessment skills
- Experience leading, supervising and developing staff
- Understanding of funding, accreditation and care planning
- Excellent communication, leadership and problem‑solving
- Strong organisation, time management and tech confidence
- A compassionate, resident‑focused approach
- Current Police Check (within 12 months)
- RN qualification with unrestricted AHPRA registration
